As everyone knows Two Crore is a very small budget for an English film and the major returns are from the multiplexes may be more than Three Crore and Hindi Version has 5 Bhojpuri territories and we expect to sell the film at the rate of 15lakhs per territory. So that comes to 75lakhs and the satellite rights account for 50 lakhs. Apart from that overseas rights are expected around 50 lakhs. So the total amount expected is 4 Crore 75 lakhs minimum. And the remaining profits will be how the film fares in the theatres and other territories in India and abroad.
Plot: BhoR: the early morning.
It is the story of an old couple who love each other so deeply that they cannot think of a morning without each other.
One morning the wife passes away. The old man completely believes that he will not see the next morning.
It becomes a single day in which he has to fulfill a promise made to his beloved wife.
It is the story of a single day with a flashback reflecting their love story, and small interesting incidents happening in their life span.
Atmosphere of the film reveals the class and mass culture of Bhojpuri speaking area.
Background music of BhoR will explore variety of folk songs.
It is the story of married love life, liking, disliking, understanding, compromise, rising of love between them etc.
Love, that has changed them, then their circle and then all the surrounding.
Love can change the world.
OBJECTIVES OF THE FILM BhoR: the early morning
The main objective of this film is to highlight the culture of Bhojpuri speaking people of North India. Bhojpuri as a language is famous for its folk culture, beauty, sweetness, roughness and straightforwardness. It is a language of humanity, love and loyalty.
It strengthens Hindi by contributing power, words, phrases and style. It is not strange that this language is loved by people of other linguistic backgrounds also. Thousands of people speak Bhojpuri in Mauritius (Africa), Sudan (Africa), Fiji (Australia), Surinam (South America) etc. The film titled ‘BhoR: the early morning.’ is going to present fresh waves of emotion and entertainment to all the Bhojpuri loving people.
The film presents good and positive aspects of both lower and upper class people of a Village in Bhojpur region. The culture of Bhojpur region is a lyrical one. The story of the film contains most of the rituals and ceremonial songs (rhythm) as its background. Bhojpuri culture is as stringed as pearls in the story, including Nautanki tradition, to present an outstanding impact and a memorable experience on the audience. However the languages of this film are English and a mixed language of Hindi and Bhojpuri, but its soul is Bhojpuri. Songs and Chorus will be in Bhojpuri even in the English version.
This film project is a result of our research and dedication for Bhojpuri culture for decades. We have finished scripts in English, Hindi and Bhojpuri. We have already researched and collected a variety of folk songs like ropani, sohani, jatsar, nirgun, biraha etc which will be included in this film BhoR: the early morning. This film is going to re-establish the glory of folk culture of North India.
